I had a lovely lunch experience here with fantastic food and a killer view from the restaurant. However, my stay was marred by small, claustrophobic rooms, rigid check-in policies, and outdated facilities. Overall, the dining experience was a highlight, but the hotel needs some serious improvements in other areas.
